These strawberry brownie sticks couldn't be any simpler! Truly. Aren't sticks the best? You can basically toss anything you need on them, and you end up with this magnificent treat. Sprinkle them with softened chocolate and mysteriously they become tasteful enough to serve to individuals who come over! I cherish how lovely this sweet is!

I didn't serve these to visitors since, well, who has room schedule-wise to clean the house alright to welcome visitors over!? I did serve these to my children and they cherished them, if that means anything?

Not that you need a well ordered photograph instructional exercise for this, since I realize you are brilliant enough to make sense of this all alone – yet begin by hacking off the finish of the strawberry. Or on the other hand cut the strawberry down the middle, or cut it anyway the mind-set strikes you.

You may need to slice your sticks to estimate, contingent upon long they are. Lance a strawberry, a nibble measured brownie, a huge marshmallow and another strawberry onto the stick. You can make the brownies on the off chance that you are yearning – that would be an especially pleasant touch in the event that you intend to serve these to visitors! ingredients:

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 2 16-oz packages of large strawberries
  • 1 bag marshmallows
  • 2 squares of Baker's melting chocolate
  • Wooden skewers, cut in half

directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray mini muffin tins with non-stick spray. Prepare the brownie batter according to the package's instructions and divide batter among muffin tins. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cake tester comes out clean. Allow brownies to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  2. Clean, dry, and cut the strawberries so both ends are flat (I just liked the look of them this way). Layer the strawberries, brownies, and marshmallows on the skewers and lay them out on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30 second intervals until completely melted. Transfer to a piping bag or ziploc bag with the corner snipped off and drizzle each kabob. Transfer to the fridge to allow the chocolate to set and until ready to serve.
