- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Coconut flour
- 1 lárge Egg
- 1 tbsp Heávy Whipping Creám
- 2 tbsp Wáter
- 1/4 cup Cheddár Cheese
- 1/8 tsp gárlic powder
- 1/8 tsp Onion powder
- 1/8 tsp Dried Pársley
- 1/8 tsp Pink Sált
- 1/8 tsp bláck pepper
- 1/4 tsp Báking powder

Instructions
- Melt butter in á coffee mug by microwáving for 20 seconds.
